These terms apply to all excursions and transfers booked with Hurghada Fun Tours (Hurghada, Egypt) through this website, by email or on WhatsApp.
1. Booking
A booking request sent through the form or WhatsApp becomes binding once we confirm it by email or WhatsApp.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are per person in euros and include taxes unless stated otherwise. For most trips payment is made in cash on the day (EUR, USD, GBP or EGP). Trips that include domestic flights, hotel nights or reserved tickets need a deposit, which is stated on the trip page.
3. Cancellation
Trips without a deposit can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. For trips with a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable because services are reserved for you. No-shows without notice may be charged the full price.
4. Changes to the programme
Weather, sea conditions, official instructions or safety reasons can change the order of a programme, or lead to it being moved or cancelled. If we cancel, you receive a new date or a full refund.
5. Wildlife
Sightings of dolphins, turtles, dugongs and other wild animals cannot be guaranteed.
6. Participation and health
Guests must follow the instructions of guides and crew. Please tell us in advance about any health conditions that matter for water, diving or safari activities.
