Is it better to visit Cairo or Luxor from Hurghada?
Luxor is closer (about 4 hours by road) and has the most temples and tombs. Cairo is about 5–6 hours away, or 1 hour by plane, and has the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum.
Group or private tour?
Group trips are cheaper and limited to 8 people. Private tours cost a little more but you choose the pace.
